- Do I have to give you access to my Google account?
- No. Google lets you add a manager to your Business Profile without sharing your password, and you stay the owner. You can remove our access at any time and keep everything we have done.
- How long before I see a difference?
- Profile fixes such as categories, hours, and photos take effect quickly. Ranking and review growth build over months, not days. Your monthly report shows the movement either way.
- What if my profile is suspended or a duplicate exists?
- We will tell you honestly what we find, handle the reinstatement or duplicate removal where we can, and tell you plainly if it is outside what we can fix.
