Get more Google reviews with tap-to-review cards
Asking for reviews is awkward and easy to forget. A card on the counter makes it one tap.
Reviews are the part of local search most owners can actually influence, and the part most never get around to. The customer is happy, they say so out loud, they walk out, and nothing gets written down.
An NFC card fixes the gap between "I should review them" and actually doing it. The customer taps their phone on the card and lands directly on your review form. No app, no searching, no typing your business name.
The card is the easy part. What makes it work is a routine: who asks, when they ask, and what they say. We set that up with you, and we reply to every review that comes in.
What we do
- Program and send NFC cards that open your review form directly
- Set up the short link and QR code as a backup for older phones
- Work out with you who asks, when, and in what words
- Reply to every review, including the unhappy ones
- Replace cards that get lost or worn out, on the Growth plan
Most of this is part of the Growth plan at $299/month, after a one-time setup from $500.
FAQ
Questions people ask
- Is this allowed by Google?
- Asking your customers for honest reviews is allowed. Paying for reviews, offering discounts for them, or only asking the customers you expect to be happy is against Google policy, and we will not do it or help you do it.
- Does the customer need a special app?
- No. Nearly every modern phone reads NFC cards with no app at all. Cards also carry a QR code and a short link for anything older.
- What about a bad review?
- You will get some. A calm, specific reply helps more than the review hurts, because the next customer reads how you handled it. We write those replies with you.
